I'm Ben Verbeken. I write software, and like everyone else I lately mostly direct agents that write it for me.

In 2014 I co-founded seats.io, a seating chart and reserved seating platform for ticketing companies. I still spend most of my time there: designing, reviewing, and cleaning up after Claude.

This blog is where I document how my work is changing while it happens. Experiments, workflows, what works and what doesn't. Mostly for myself, partly for other developers going through the same thing, and a little bit for future agents.

I live in Belgium with my family. Away from the keyboard I sing in Captain Sugar & The Daddies and go running.
